SFR x ROG Marikina Highlights | February 25, 2023

The SFR x ROG Marikina Tournament, the first official Special Force Rush tournament for the year, took place last February 25, 2023, at ROG Marikina located at 6 Candazo St., Marikina, 1807 Metro Manila.

Eleven teams from all over the metro came to compete for the Php 9,000 prize pool, trophies, in-game items, limited edition SFR Merch, and the chance to be recognized as the champions.

The eleven teams who participated were Escape, Ad Astra, Sun Gamer, Doraemon, Falcon, LinkiN, RealQuick, TC7 Warriors, Dragon Ball, Alagad ni Victor, and Tyrant.

The tournament was an intense battle of skill and strategy, with each team showing off their best moves and techniques. The games were played on high-end gaming PCs and monitors, ensuring that every player had the best possible gaming experience. The crowd was on the edge of their seats throughout the event, cheering on their favorite teams and players.

But the tournament wasn’t just about the prize money. The players also had fun and made new friends while playing Special Force Rush. The friendly atmosphere of the tournament made it a great opportunity for gamers to connect with each other and bond over their shared love of FPS gaming.

In the end, there could only be one champion and one first runner-up. 

CHAMPION: TC7 Warriors

After several rounds of intense gameplay, the winning team was enthroned, and they walked away with the grand prize of Php 6,000 with In-game Items, SFR Loot Bags + Trophy.

1ST RUNNER UP: Escape Bulacan

The first runner-up also received a prize, although they fell short of the championship title they still bagged a cash prize of Php 3,000 with In-game Items, SFR Loot Bag each + Trophy.

Overall, the SFR x ROG Marikina Tournament was a massive success, bringing together players from across the cities for a day of intense competition and gaming camaraderie. The high-quality equipment, expert organization, and friendly atmosphere made it an event to remember, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for FPS gaming in our region.
