SUPPORT PORTAL

Register on the new Support Portal

  1. Go to https://support.dfchain.ph/
  2. To register for an account, click “Sign up with us” or login using your Google, Facebook or Twitter Account.

Submit and Track a Ticket

  1. To submit a ticket, click “Submit a ticket”.
  2. Upon submitting a ticket, fill the subject field. This will serve as a title/subject for your ticket.
  3. Choose the type of ticket or inquiry that you would like to send to the Support.
  4. The description section will be the contents of your ticket.
  5. To submit the ticket, click “Submit” and wait for the representative to answer your inquiry.
  6. To track all your ticket’s progress, click “View all tickets”.
